FamilyLink replacing PASS
Over the weekend of May 1, we launched FamilyLink. FamilyLink is a new portal to student information from our student information database.
Students and Parents can have separate accounts with parents having access to all of their children in the district via that one login.
The system is similar to the current PASS system and will feel familiar. Data is retrieved from the database instantly however making things more current.
The links below will become active over the weekend of May 1, 2016.
Students will login using their full school-provided email address. The password will be the capital letter "P" followed by their ID followed by their old PASS PIN (P+ID+PIN). For example, a student whose ID is 123456 and whose old PASS PIN was 789 would use a password of P123456789. This password can be changed as desired. If a student forgets their password, they can have a link to change the password sent to their school provided email account using the "Forgot Password" link.
Parent Login
All parents with email addresses who are listed as contact #1 for students will
have active FamilyLink accounts. Parents can use the "Forgot Password" link to
retrieve a link to set their password. This link will be sent to the email
address we have on file in the office.
Unless students have changed their FamilyLink Password, parents who used to access the PASS system using each student's ID and PIN should be able to log into each student FamilyLink account using the instructions above for Student Login.
